New-York, 13 juillet 2023 – Les 24 entités des Nations Unies composant le réseau des Nations Unies contre la violence sexuelle en temps de conflit - dirigé par la Représente Spéciale des Nations Unies Pramila Patten – se joignent à l’appel de la Représentante Spéciale pour exhorter à l’action immédiate afin de protéger les femmes et les filles et de prévenir l’utilisation de violences sexuelles à l’intérieur et autour des sites pour les populations déplacées internes dans l’Est de la République Démocratique du Congo (RDC).

(NEW YORK/GENEVA, 5 July 2023) Senior United Nations officials today voiced shock and condemnation at increasing reports of gender-based violence in Sudan – including conflict-related sexual violence against internally displaced and refugee women and girls – since fighting erupted in the country more than 11 weeks ago.
